The built-in or fixed vagina part of the doll is just like a real woman. The removable vagina is a sleeve or insert that you can remove. The tube is held in place by the doll’s labia. Which is better? Most of our customers prefer the removable insert because it is easier to clean and you can replace it in the future if it becomes damaged or worn. We recommend the removable insert option as well – much easier and quicker to clean and maintain. From a realism perspective, from the outside, the vagina with removable insert has the same appearance as the built in vagina and it will feel the same as well.
Cleaning a sex doll after use is a very important part of owning a sex doll. Cleaning the doll after sex keeps her in good condition and protects you from harm which could result if mould grows into the vaginal crevice. Most TPE dolls are made with a skin that constantly loses oil from the skin and therefore you have to re-saturate your doll’s skin with mineral oil on a regular basis. However, with the M-TYPE TPE used for our dolls, re-saturating the skin is almost never required because the M-TYPE looses virtually no oil.
AFTER SALES QUESTIONS
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and charged your credit card or confirmed financing has been approved. We will review every doll order manually to make sure that we aren’t missing any customization option, that the doll that you have built makes sense and to ensure that your AI sex doll will satisfy your needs. We will start building or reaching out to the manufacturer to confirm that the product is available and your doll will start the manufacturing process. Within 3-5 days normally you will be notified of the expected production completion date. If you want to change some details or customization options in your sex doll purchase please reply asap to the confirmation email and we will get back to you on whether it is possible to make any changes. We will send you a picture or video of your doll as it goes through our QA process. Our quality control process is detailed, so we are confident your doll will be produced with the options chosen. However, a mistake can happen and if informed within 12 hrs of the photo/video being sent, we will correct any order discrepancies before we ship your doll. Within 48 hours of your doll being shipped we will send you your package tracking number. Your AI Sex Doll Robot will be shipped via UPS Air Express or FedEx Air Express and delivered to your door.
For AI Robots, you receive a 1 year electromechanical manufacture’s warranty* covering all non-human damage (you are responsible for the cost to return the item to the manufacture) where we will repair or replace the component at no charge and ship it back to you at our cost – if the component was found to be defective. After the first year, we provide a 3-year paid service warranty. Support is available by email or phone so no worries if you need some help and software updates available over the Internet are always free. * We do not take any sex doll bodies back into our facility due to health concerns for our employees. We are always available to give assistance through email and by phone as needed, however.
We perform a quality check on your AI Robot doll before we ship to you. Your doll is shipped in a high-quality professional shipping case* and not a cardboard box and therefore should arrive in perfect condition. It is unlikely your doll has any defect, however, in the event, you receive a defective product, we will provide all the necessary repair kits and/or assistance to help you fix the item. If other damage occurred during shipping or import we cannot be responsible as the product leaves our facility in perfect condition. Photos of your doll are taken prior to shipping.
*Applies to AI Robot dolls only. Smart Dolls are sent in standard packaging.
No item is eligible for a refund.
If you choose a custom sex doll which is made based on your chosen specifications. We will begin the production process usually within 24hrs and your order cannot be canceled for whatever reason after 24hrs of placing your order. However, we can sometimes accommodate order changes if requested within 24hrs of placing your order. Orders canceled within 24 hours are subject to a $50.00 USD cancellation fee. You will receive a full refund less $50.00 USD if you cancel your order within 24 hours.
If the item is damaged due to improper use, you are not eligible for any exchanges and must pay for the repair and all shipping costs.
If you return your sex doll to us without prior authorization, for whatever reason, we will immediately destroy the item and you are not eligible to receive an exchange, repair, refund or credit.

PURCHASE & PAYMENT QUESTIONS
Absolutely. Our transactions are processed through PayPal and you receive PayPal’s buyer protection. You are protected whether you pay directly through your PayPal account or via Credit Card. If you don’t receive the product as advertised or you don’t receive it at all PayPal will refund your purchase under their Buyer’s Protection.

Currently, we have several payment methods available:
- Pay by credit card. PayPal processes our credit card payments because their security features and buyer protection are second to none. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card, all you need is a valid credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.
On the checkout page click on the orange “PayPal Checkout” button near the bottom of the page. Click on the button “Pay with a Credit or Visa Debit Card” (see below). You will not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card through PayPal. We can also facilitate splitting your purchase across more than one credit card if you have an insufficient credit card limit on a single card.
- Pay with your PayPal Account. On the checkout page click on the orange “PayPal Checkout” button near the bottom of the page. Login in to your PayPal account to make the payment. When you pay with your PayPal account you receive PayPal’s Purchase Protection.
- Pay by Cheque or Bank Wire Transfer. We understand that you may not have the available room on your credit card for a large purchase, so we are glad to accept your personal cheque or you can send the funds by bank wire transfer. Contact us for detailed instructions to expedite your order.
- Pay by Interac Money Transfer or Western Union Money Transfer. Interac or Western Union is a quick and convenient way you can pay online. Contact us for detailed instructions to expedite your order.
- *NEW* Law-A-Way Plan. Pay only 10% now and spread your balance over 3 months or 6 months. Your doll will be shipped as soon as the final payment has been made. This is a great option and locks in the price today. Please see more details and terms and conditions here.
- Financing. Financing is currently not available. However, we can work you split your purchase across multiple payment options. For example, you can use more than one credit card, split your purchase between Paypal and credit card, split between credit card and direct payment. Contact us to make these arrangements.
You will never have to pay separate import duties or customs fees for destinations in Europe* and the USA. All prices include import duties, brokerage/customs clearance fees. What you pay at check out is what you will pay for your purchase. Once your order is placed we require 3 weeks for production (6-8 weeks for ultra-realistic doll) plus shipping time. You should expect to receive your doll within 4-5 weeks of placing your order. Occasionally, due to high demand or if a doll does not pass our quality tests, we will need more than 3 weeks for production, we will let you know if this happens. Our dolls ship directly from the manufacturer and must clear customs in your country. We have an expedited customs clearance process, but delays in customs can occur.

- Fraud prevention rules allow us to only ship to the verified billing address. The only exception is if you want the doll to be delivered to a FedEx for your pick-up. Please notify us in advance and add an alternative address as your shipping address when you check out.
- Your customized sex doll which is created especially for you. Once in production, orders can not be canceled for any reason, and payment cannot be refunded.
- Dolls are shipped directly from our factory in China to the USA and then to your location via UPS or FedEx express at our discretion.
- Customs Agents may open your dolls box for inspection during transport.
- Shipping time is generally 7 days but will vary depending on location and customs clearance times.
- On the rare occasion, an unavoidable delay may occur during the production of your doll, of which we will notify you via email.
- We will update your order with tracking numbers when your doll and accessories ship.
- Your doll will be delivered directly to your doorstep discreetly in an unmarked package. A signature is required for delivery. Alternatively, in most cases, you can choose to pick up your doll at the courier depot. Please contact the courier company as soon as you receive your tracking number to make arrangements.

We use FedEx, DHL or UPS. As soon as your doll is ready for shipping, we’ll provide the tracking number so that you can estimate her arrival date and time.Packaging

We only ship our AI Sex Robot in shipping cases to ensure no damage occurs to the AI and robotic mechanisms during shipping.
Yes, you can. Many customers prefer that we have the courier hold your shipment for pickup. To arrange that please contact the courier company directly once you receive your tracking number. It is usually no problem to hold your shipment at their depot to pickup or making specific date arrangements for delivery so suite your requirements.
